Our membership-based plan is designed to meet your unique needs each step of the way. Direct specialty care is an innovative alternative to the traditional fee-for-service model. It means direct access to your doctor. There’s no need to cram everything into one visit, or having to wait months to bring up a concern to your doctor. Do you have a quick question for the doctor? No big deal. Simply text or email your doctor. Need a follow-up appointment, self-schedule online from your smart phone or computer. Yes, that’s included in your membership, and yes it really is that simple.

A+ Membership (Outpatient care)

Direct access to your psychiatrist, with UNLIMITED vists and check-ins between visits (vis SMS and Email). Longer appointments (30-60 minutes) to address both medication and non-medication related mental health concerns. Includes ADHD testing. No long-term committment.



$350 per month

Patients must be physically located in Ohio at the time of the appointment.

Payment required at the time of service via credit card,or HSA/FSA card. Ongoing care will be billed monthly using the credit card or HSA/FSA card on file.
